Terms of Use (WUP Platform) These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WUP online platform, including preparation courses, individual lessons, and related digital materials (collectively, the “Services”) provided by WUP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. Full company details are available in the Imprint. 1. Access to the Platform and Registration 1.1. To access the Services, you must create an account. Access is granted only after successful payment of the applicable fees. 1.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it where necessary. 1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your cred entials. 2. Content and Intellectual Property 2.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove any content or functionality at any time. 2.2. All materials provided within the Services (including texts, exercises, explanations, and tests) are the exclusive property of WUP and are protected by intellectual property laws. 2.3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or otherwise use any materials without prior written consent. 3. Use of the Services 3.1. The Services are provided solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. 3.2. You may not modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without prior written permission. 3.3. You must not use the platform in a way that may damage, overload, or disrupt its functionality or interfere with other users. 4. Payments 4.1. Access to the Services is subject to payment of the applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase. 4.2. Payments may be made via bank t ransfer or direct card payment. The Company does not store or process full payment card details on its systems. Payment data is handled by the respective payment provider or banking institution. 4.3. You agree to make all payments in full and on time. 5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) 5.1. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 5.2. However, by purchasing digital Services and requesting immediate access, you expressly agree that: ● the Service begins immediately after purchase, and ● you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. 6. Refund Policy 6.1. Unless required by mandatory law, all payments are final and non-refundable. 6.2. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided once access to the Services has been granted, except where required by law. 7. Suspension and Termination 7.1. The Company may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. 7.2. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. 7.3. Upon termination, access to the Services ends immediately. No refunds are provided unless required by law. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties 8.1. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. 8.2. The Company does not guarantee: ● accuracy or completeness of materials ● specific exam results or admission outcomes ● uninterrupted or error-free operation 9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law. 9.3. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services. 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. 10.2. Any disputes sha ll be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria. 11. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. 12. Changes to the Terms 12.1. The Company may update these Terms at any time. 12.2. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13. No Affiliation with WU 13.1. WUP and its Services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). 13.2. This is a private educational offering and has not been reviewed or approved by WU. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
